This incursion prepares Advanced students for Paper 2: Section I - Textual Conversations by:

Reviewing the essential context for The Tempest and Hag-Seed.
Discussing the key ideas and concepts illuminated by a comparative study of the texts.
Walking students through a variety of different essay questions, focusing on question deconstruction and interpretation.
Teaching students how to use their interpretation of the essay question to frame a thesis.
