incursion description

This incursion prepares Standard students for Paper 2: Section I - Language, Identity and Culture by:

  • Presenting an overview of how Lawler uses language to affirm, reveal, and challenge aspects of identity and culture in the play.

  • Walking students through a variety of different essay questions, focusing on question deconstruction and interpretation.

  • Teaching students how to use their interpretation of the essay question to frame a thesis.


MATERIALS

All students receive an incursion booklet.
